About

I am an experienced, hands-on nonprofit leader with an interdisciplinary perspective informed by the arts, LGBTQ+ rights, community health, and entrepreneurship. Skilled at building resilient, mission-driven organizations that deliver impact and growth, I served as chief executive of India HIV/AIDS Alliance in New Delhi from 2010-16 and as a consultant to the AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod from 2021-22. I have been a leader for LGBT equality in the workplace, co-founding Reaching Out, an annual national conference for LGBT MBA students and alumni. A dual-citizen of the US and the UK, I was educated at Yale, Dartmouth and Harvard. In 2019, I was appointed a Donaldson Fellow, Yale School of Management’s highest alumni honor, recognizing graduates who embody its mission to educate leaders for business & society. I am now based in Provincetown with my husband and enjoy open water swimming, dog parenting, gardening, and running in my spare time.
